About Decision Point

Decision Point is an evangelical nonprofit ministry dedicated to reaching the next generation through campus ministry, online coaching, and partnerships with churches and communities. Our vision is to give every student the opportunity to hear the gospel before graduation and mobilize 1 million courageous witnesses for Christ.

The Opportunity

Campus Ministry Field Staff lead Decision Point's ministry efforts in their area through evangelism, student discipleship, church partnerships, volunteer development, and ministry growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Build relationships with youth pastors, churches, parents, educators, and community leaders.
Coach and disciple student leaders to share the gospel on their campuses.
Recruit and equip volunteers, coaches, and ministry partners.
Train students in evangelism and leadership.
Develop and lead a network of churches and believers supporting student-led gospel movements.
Cast vision and identify opportunities to expand ministry impact.
Invest in and encourage ministry leaders, students, and volunteers.

Qualifications
Ministry leadership experience in a church or parachurch setting.
Experience recruiting, building, and leading teams.
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
Compensation & Support Raising

$48,000–$60,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

This is a full-time ministry position where staff participate in fundraising. Decision Point provides training, coaching, and ongoing support throughout the support-raising process.

Additional Details
Full-time, 40+ hours/week
Significant local travel
Occasional regional and national travel for ministry events, training, conferences, and mission trips
