Nashville Campus Ministry City Director

Decision Point is seeking a passionate leader to build and lead a network of churches, pastors, volunteers, and students working together to reach Nashville-area schools with the gospel.

The Opportunity
The Nashville City Director will lead local ministry efforts through evangelism, student coaching, church partnerships, volunteer engagement, and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

Build relationships with churches, youth pastors, parents, educators, and community leaders.
Coach and disciple student leaders to share the gospel on their campuses.
Recruit and train volunteers, ministry partners, and student leaders.
Lead evangelism and discipleship initiatives across Nashville.
Cast vision and develop strategies to expand ministry reach.
Build and lead a strong local ministry team.
Represent Decision Point throughout the Nashville Christian community.

Ideal Candidate

Passionate about evangelism and reaching students.
Strong leader, recruiter, communicator, and networker.
Experienced in building and leading teams.
Able to inspire and mobilize others around a shared vision.
Spiritually mature, prayerful, and committed to God's Word.
Ministry leadership experience in a church or parachurch setting.
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Compensation & Details

$50,000–$75,000/year, based on experience and qualifications.
Full-time, 45+ hours/week.

Significant local travel, with occasional regional and national travel.
Staff participate in support raising, with training and ongoing support provided.
