Phoenix Campus Ministry City Director

About the Role

The Phoenix City Director will lead Decision Point's ministry efforts across the Phoenix area by building partnerships with churches, pastors, volunteers, and community leaders while equipping students to share the gospel on their campuses.

Key Responsibilities
Build relationships with churches, youth pastors, parents, educators, and community leaders.
Recruit and coach volunteers and student leaders.
Equip and disciple students to share the gospel and develop leadership skills.
Cast vision and develop strategies to expand ministry throughout Phoenix.
Recruit, build, and lead a local ministry team.
Provide coaching, encouragement, and accountability to students and ministry partners.
Represent Decision Point within the Phoenix Christian community.


Ideal Candidate
Passionate about evangelism and committed to following Jesus.
Strong leader, recruiter, communicator, and relationship builder.
Able to develop teams and multiply leaders.
Teachable, driven, organized, and comfortable taking initiative.
Ministry leadership experience, including recruiting and leading teams.
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.


Compensation & Details
Salary: $50,000–$75,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
Full-time, 45+ hours/week.
Significant local travel throughout Phoenix and occasional regional/national travel.
Staff participate in fundraising and receive training and ongoing support.
