Campus Ministry Field Staff

Decision Point is an evangelical nonprofit dedicated to reaching the next generation with the gospel. Through partnerships with churches, student leaders, and communities, we equip students to share their faith and reach their schools for Christ.

The Opportunity

Campus Ministry Staff will lead Decision Point's ministry efforts in their area through evangelism, church partnerships, student coaching, volunteer engagement, and ministry growth.

You'll build a coalition of churches, pastors, and believers to support student-led gospel movements, while developing relationships with students, youth pastors, church leaders, and community partners.

Key Responsibilities
Build relationships with churches, youth pastors, parents, educators, and community leaders.
Recruit and equip volunteers to coach students in sharing the gospel.
Coach and disciple student leaders in evangelism and leadership.
Train students to share the gospel through the 5 Gospel Challenges.
Develop and lead ministry teams and partnerships.
Cast vision and identify opportunities to expand ministry impact.
Encourage and mentor ministry leaders, volunteers, and students.

Qualifications
Ministry leadership experience in a church or parachurch setting.
Experience recruiting, building, and leading teams.
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Compensation & Support Raising

Salary: $50,000–$75,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Decision Point provides training, coaching, encouragement, and ongoing support for staff involved in fundraising and support raising.

Additional Details
Full-time, 40+ hours per week.
Significant local travel.

Regional and occasional national travel for ministry events, training, conferences, and mission trips.
