Decision Point is an evangelical nonprofit committed to reaching the next generation by equipping, sending, and coaching students to share the gospel on their campuses and online. The ministry partners with churches and communities to expand student outreach nationwide.

Position Summary

Decision Point is seeking an Orange County Campus Ministry Staff member to coach students who are passionate about reaching their peers for Christ. The role involves building relationships with youth pastors, churches, schools, and community leaders while helping expand campus ministry throughout Orange County.

Staff spend 50–75% of their time in the field during the ministry year (September–May), coaching students, visiting schools, and connecting with pastors and community leaders.

The position reports to the L.A. Area Director and collaborates with other L.A. area staff.

Entrepreneurial, driven, and goal-oriented.
Strong communicator and relationship builder.
Experienced in leadership, coaching, or ministry.
Visionary, organized, and detail-oriented.
Skilled at developing church and community partnerships.
Spiritually mature, teachable, and committed to biblical truth.
A team player with a heart for evangelism.
Willing to work 45+ hours per week and travel regularly throughout the L.A. area, with some national travel.

Qualifications
Church or parachurch ministry experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
High moral integrity, emotional maturity, social awareness, and spiritual maturity.
Must be an evangelical Christian who loves the gospel and evangelism.

Salary & Fundraising
$48,000–$64,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

All Decision Point staff participate in raising financial and prayer support. Training, encouragement, and ongoing coaching are provided.
