Decision Point

Decision Point equips, sends, and reaches students with the gospel on their school campuses and online. We partner with churches and mobilize students for outreach. Our four-year I Have Decided campaign aims to inspire 10,000 students to witness for Christ, mobilize 1,000 churches, and build a network of 10,000 prayer and financial supporters.


The role
Orange County Campus Ministry Staff coach student leaders, build relationships with local churches and community leaders, and help students reach their peers for Christ. During the ministry year (September–May), staff spend 50–75% of their time in the field at schools, chapter sites, and community meetings.

This full-time position requires 45+ hours per week and a commitment to serve for several years. Staff report to the L.A. Area Director and collaborate with the L.A. team.

- Build partnerships and work well with churches, schools, families, and community leaders.
- Communicate confidently in personal conversations and public speaking.
- Have leadership and coaching experience, with strong organizational skills.
- Are spiritually mature, teachable, and committed to serving as part of a team.


Qualifications and travel
- Ministry experience in a church or parachurch setting is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
- Regular travel throughout the L.A. area and occasional national travel are required.


Salary and fundraising
The annual salary range is $48,000–$64,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Decision Point staff raise financial and prayer support by building a team of monthly partners. Training and ongoing coaching are provided.
