Decision Point is an evangelical nonprofit focused on equipping, sending, and reaching students for Christ on school campuses and online. They currently serve 17 areas and aim to expand to 25 strategic cities by 2027.

About the Role
Orange County Campus Ministry Staff will coach students who are passionate about reaching their peers for Christ and build relationships with youth pastors, churches, schools, and community leaders. Staff spend 50–75% of their time in the field during the ministry year, visiting schools, coaching students, and developing ministry partnerships.

Experienced in leadership and coaching
Visionary, organized, and detail-oriented
Team-oriented and committed to serving a larger ministry movement
Spiritually mature with strong moral integrity
Willing to work full-time (45+ hours/week)

Qualifications:

Ministry experience preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred, not required
Consistent travel throughout the L.A. area and occasional national travel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary: $48,000–$64,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Fundraising: Staff participate in raising financial and prayer support, with training and ongoing coaching provided by Decision Point.

Key Relationship: Reports to L.A. Area Director Doug Goulding and collaborates with the L.A. team.
