Help students hear and share the gospel
Decision Point is an evangelical nonprofit equipping students to share the gospel with their peers. Our vision is for every student to hear the gospel before graduation—and to mobilize one million young witnesses for Christ.

We're seeking a Nashville City Director to build a local, student-led campus ministry movement in partnership with churches, pastors, volunteers, and community leaders.


The role
You'll lead Decision Point's ministry across the Nashville area by:
- Building partnerships with churches, youth pastors, families, and community leaders.
- Coaching students to grow in faith, share the gospel, and reach their schools through the 5 Gospel Challenges.
- Recruiting and equipping volunteer coaches and student leaders.
- Developing a local team and expanding ministry outreach.
- Representing Decision Point throughout the Nashville Christian community.
This is a field-based role with significant time spent building relationships and coaching students.


Who you are
You're a committed follower of Jesus with a passion for evangelism and experience leading ministry teams. You communicate vision clearly, build strong relationships, and know how to recruit and encourage others. Experience in church or parachurch ministry is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.


Compensation and support
- Salary: $50,000–$75,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
- Schedule: Full-time, 45+ hours per week.
- Fundraising: Staff participate in support raising. Decision Point provides training and ongoing coaching; compensation is established from the start.
The role includes local travel, occasional travel for ministry events and training, and travel to support ministry growth in other regions.
