Decision Point is an evangelical nonprofit ministry dedicated to proclaiming the gospel to the next generation. Through partnerships with churches, student leaders, and communities, we equip students to become courageous witnesses for Christ.

Our vision is to give every student at every school the opportunity to hear the gospel before graduation and mobilize 1 million young courageous witnesses for Christ.

The Opportunity

The Nashville City Director will lead Decision Point's ministry efforts throughout the Nashville area by building partnerships with churches, pastors, and believers to support a student-led gospel movement on school campuses.

The role combines evangelism, church partnership development, student coaching, volunteer engagement, ministry leadership, and strategic growth.

Your Impact
Build relationships with youth pastors, church leaders, parents, educators, and community partners.
Help churches engage students in evangelism and discipleship.
Recruit and mobilize volunteer coaches to equip students with the 5 Gospel Challenges.
Coach and disciple student leaders in sharing the gospel and developing leadership skills.
Train and equip students to share the gospel at their schools and in their communities.
Cast vision and identify opportunities to expand ministry throughout Nashville.
Recruit and develop a ministry team of volunteers, students, interns, and staff.
Provide encouragement, accountability, and practical guidance to students and ministry partners.
Foster a collaborative, gospel-centered culture.

Qualifications
Ministry leadership experience in a church or para-church setting.
Experience recruiting, building, and leading teams.
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
Compensation & Support Raising

Salary: $50,000–$75,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Decision Point provides fair, dependable compensation along with training, coaching, encouragement, and ongoing support for staff fundraising efforts.

Additional Details
Full-time, 45+ hours per week
Significant local travel throughout the Nashville area
Regular travel to expand ministry efforts and visit ministry hubs
Occasional travel for mission trips, ministry events, training, and organizational gatherings
