Minneapolis Campus Ministry City Director
Full-time | Minneapolis, MN | $50,000–$75,000 annually

Decision Point is seeking a ministry leader to build a student-led gospel movement across Minneapolis. The City Director will partner with churches and community leaders, coach student leaders, recruit volunteers, and equip students to share their faith on campus.


Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with churches, pastors, parents, educators, and community partners.
- Coach students and youth leaders in evangelism and discipleship.
- Recruit and lead volunteers, student leaders, and ministry partners.
- Develop a team and expand Decision Point's local ministry.
Ideal Candidate


A spiritually mature, people-oriented leader with ministry experience, a passion for evangelism, and skill in building teams and partnerships. A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.

The role involves 45+ hours per week, significant local travel, and some regional and national travel. Staff receive a set salary and are expected to raise ministry support, with training and ongoing guidance provided.
