About Decision Point

Decision Point is an evangelical nonprofit ministry dedicated to proclaiming the gospel to the next generation. We equip students to become courageous witnesses for Christ through local campus ministry, church partnerships, and online coaching. Our vision is to give every student at every school the opportunity to hear the gospel before graduation.

The Opportunity

The Minneapolis City Director will lead Decision Point's ministry efforts throughout the Minneapolis area by building partnerships with churches, pastors, volunteers, and community leaders while coaching students to share the gospel on their campuses.

Key Responsibilities:

Build relationships with churches, youth pastors, parents, educators, and community leaders.
Recruit and mobilize volunteers and ministry partners.
Coach and disciple student leaders in evangelism and leadership.
Equip students to share the gospel through the 5 Gospel Challenges.
Cast vision for reaching students and schools across Minneapolis.
Recruit, develop, and lead a local ministry team.
Identify opportunities for ministry growth and expansion.
Foster a culture of courage, collaboration, and gospel-centered leadership.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is:

Passionate about evangelism and committed to following Jesus.
A strong leader, recruiter, team builder, and mobilizer.
An inspiring communicator and natural networker.
Experienced in ministry leadership and developing teams.
Spiritually mature, teachable, prayerful, and grounded in God's Word.
Entrepreneurial and able to take initiative.

Qualifications: Ministry leadership experience in a church or parachurch setting; experience recruiting and leading teams. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Compensation & Support Raising

Salary: $50,000–$75,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Decision Point provides training, coaching, and ongoing support for staff involved in fundraising and support raising.

Additional Details
Full-time, 45+ hours/week
Significant local travel throughout Minneapolis
Regional Midwest travel and occasional national travel
Participation in ministry events, training, conferences, and mission trips
