Los Angeles Campus Ministry Staff
Full-time | $50,000–$75,000 annually

Decision Point is seeking a ministry leader to grow its student-led gospel outreach across the Los Angeles area. The role involves partnering with churches, pastors, and community leaders; coaching students to share their faith; recruiting volunteers; and developing ministry leaders and teams.

Key responsibilities
- Build partnerships with churches, youth pastors, parents, and community leaders.
- Coach and disciple student leaders, and equip them to share the gospel at school and in their communities.
- Recruit and support volunteer coaches and ministry teams.
- Lead local outreach and help expand the ministry across the region.

Qualifications: Ministry leadership experience and experience recruiting and leading teams. A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required. Candidates should be committed to Christian faith, evangelism, relationship-building, and developing others.

Decision Point provides a set salary, along with training and support for fundraising. The role involves significant travel around Los Angeles, occasional West Coast and national travel, and some trips for ministry events and training.
