The Opportunity

The Los Angeles Campus Ministry Staff will lead Decision Point's ministry efforts throughout the LA area. This role combines evangelism, student coaching, church partnership development, volunteer engagement, ministry leadership, and strategic growth.

You will build relationships with students, youth pastors, church leaders, and community partners while equipping young leaders to share the gospel and reach their schools.

Key Responsibilities

Church & Community Partnerships

Build relationships with youth pastors, churches, parents, educators, and community leaders.
Recruit and mobilize volunteer coaches to equip students.
Represent Decision Point within the LA Christian community.

Student Mobilization & Leadership

Coach and disciple student leaders.
Equip students to share the gospel through the 5 Gospel Challenges.
Train and encourage students to reach their schools and communities.
Develop young leaders who can influence their peers for Christ.

Ministry Growth & Leadership

Cast vision for reaching students and schools across the LA area.
Identify opportunities to expand ministry impact.
Lead initiatives aligned with Decision Point's mission.

Coaching & Team Development

Invest in students, volunteers, and ministry leaders.
Provide encouragement, accountability, and practical guidance.
Build a collaborative, gospel-centered team culture.

Qualifications
Ministry leadership experience in a church or parachurch setting.
Experience recruiting, building, and leading teams.
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
Compensation & Support Raising

Salary: $50,000–$75,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Decision Point provides fair compensation along with training, coaching, and ongoing support for staff involved in ministry support raising.

Additional Details
Full-time, 40+ hours per week
Significant local travel throughout the LA area
Regional and occasional national travel for ministry events, training, conferences, and mission trips
