Indianapolis Area Campus Ministry Staff

Decision Point is seeking a full-time ministry leader to help students across Indianapolis hear and share the gospel. You'll build partnerships with churches and community leaders, coach students and volunteers, and grow a student-led outreach movement across local schools.


What you'll do
- Partner with churches, pastors, parents, educators, and community leaders.
- Coach and disciple student leaders to share their faith and reach their peers.
- Recruit and equip volunteers to support student-led outreach.
- Develop ministry leaders, strengthen local partnerships, and expand the mission.


Who you are
You're a committed Christian with ministry leadership experience, a passion for evangelism, and the ability to build relationships, communicate a vision, and mobilize teams. A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.


Details
- Full-time, 40+ hours per week
- Salary: $49,000–$64,000, based on experience and qualifications
- Local and occasional regional travel
- Staff raise financial support; Decision Point provides training and ongoing coaching
