Decision Point is an evangelical nonprofit ministry dedicated to proclaiming the gospel to the next generation. We partner with churches, student leaders, and communities to equip students to become courageous witnesses for Christ.

Our vision is to see every student at every school have the opportunity to hear the gospel before they graduate.

The Opportunity

Indianapolis Area Campus Ministry Staff will lead Decision Point's ministry efforts throughout the Indianapolis area through:

Building partnerships with churches, pastors, parents, educators, and community leaders.
Coaching and discipling student leaders.
Equipping students to share the gospel through the 5 Gospel Challenges.
Recruiting and mobilizing volunteers and ministry partners.
Training students and leaders in evangelism and leadership.
Developing and leading ministry initiatives and strategies for growth.
Casting vision for reaching students and schools across the Indianapolis area.
Investing in ministry leaders through encouragement, coaching, and accountability.

A gospel-grounded Christ follower committed to God's Word, prayer, and Christlike leadership.
Driven, teachable, and willing to take initiative.


Qualifications
Ministry leadership experience in a church or para-church setting.
Experience recruiting, building, and leading teams.
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
Compensation & Support Raising

Salary: $49,000–$64,000 annually, based on experience and
qualifications.

Decision Point provides fair compensation, along with training, coaching, encouragement, and ongoing support for staff involved in fundraising.

Additional Details
Full-time, 40+ hours/week
Significant local travel throughout the Indianapolis area
Regular Midwest travel and occasional national travel for ministry events, training, conferences, and mission trips
