Decision Point is an evangelical nonprofit focused on equipping, sending, and reaching students for Christ on school campuses and online. The ministry currently serves 17 areas and aims to expand to 25 strategic cities by 2027.

About the Role
Campus Ministry Staff coach student leaders, help them reach their peers for Christ, and build relationships with youth pastors, churches, schools, and community leaders. Staff spend 50–75% of their time in the field during the September–May ministry year.

Strong believer in the gospel and evangelism
Entrepreneurial, goal-oriented, and visionary
Excellent verbal and written communicator
Experienced in leadership and coaching
Organized and detail-oriented
Team-oriented and able to build strong partnerships
Spiritually mature with strong moral integrity
Willing to work 45+ hours/week
Comfortable with local and occasional national travel

Qualifications:

Ministry experience preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong spiritual maturity and commitment to following Christ

Salary: $48,000–$64,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Fundraising: Staff members participate in raising financial and prayer support. Decision Point provides training, encouragement, and ongoing coaching.

Reports to: Indianapolis Area Director and collaborates with other Decision Point staff.
