Decision Point is an evangelical nonprofit dedicated to reaching the next generation with the gospel by equipping, sending, and coaching students to share Christ on their school campuses and online. We partner with churches to develop student leaders and expand gospel impact across the nation.

Position Summary

Campus Ministry Staff serve as the heart of Decision Point's ministry by coaching student leaders, building relationships with local churches, and expanding campus outreach throughout the Indianapolis area. During the ministry year (September–May), you'll spend 50–75% of your time in the field mentoring students, visiting schools, and connecting with pastors and community leaders.

Responsibilities
Coach and disciple student leaders for campus outreach.
Build relationships with pastors, youth leaders, and local churches.
Recruit, equip, and support student-led campus ministries.
Expand Decision Point's ministry throughout the Indianapolis area.
Travel regularly within the region and occasionally nationwide.

Qualifications
Passion for evangelism and reaching students with the gospel.
Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Ministry experience in a church or parachurch setting preferred.
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
Willing to work full-time (45+ hours/week) and travel as needed.


Compensation
Salary: $48,000–$64,000 annually, based on experience.
Staff members raise financial and prayer support with training and ongoing coaching provided by Decision Point.
