About the role
We're looking for a dependable, organized Fulfillment Coordinator to pack and ship merchandise, student boxes, outreach kits, and other ministry resources. You'll help keep orders accurate and supplies organized so resources reach students, churches, and ministry partners. During slower periods, you'll also support the Operations team with administrative tasks and special projects.


What you'll do
- Pick, pack, and ship orders, student boxes, and outreach kits.
- Process orders, print labels, and prepare packages for UPS, USPS, and FedEx.
- Drop off packages at local shipping centers.
- Receive and organize deliveries; maintain inventory and fulfillment supplies.
- Update basic inventory records in Google Sheets and report low or missing stock.
- Keep the fulfillment area organized and help with events and special projects.


What we're looking for
- Reliable, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable with computers and web-based tools; Square or Stamps.com experience is a plus.
- Basic Google Sheets and Google Workspace skills.
- Available up to 20 hours per week and in the Whittier office at least three days a week.
- Reliable transportation for package drop-offs.
- Able to lift boxes up to 50 lbs. and occasionally work extra hours during busy seasons.
- Able to commit through May 2027.
Schedule: Up to 20 hours per week; in-office at least three days per week
Commitment: September 2026–May 2027, with potential to become a long-term role
