About Decision Point

Decision Point is an evangelical nonprofit ministry dedicated to proclaiming the gospel to the next generation. We equip and mobilize students, churches, and community leaders to share Christ on school campuses and online.

The Opportunity

DFW Area staff will lead Decision Point's ministry efforts throughout the DFW area through evangelism, church partnerships, student coaching, volunteer engagement, and strategic growth.

You'll build relationships with students, youth pastors, church leaders, and community partners while equipping young leaders to share the gospel and reach their schools.

Key Responsibilities
Build partnerships with churches, youth pastors, parents, educators, and community leaders.
Coach and disciple student leaders in faith, evangelism, and leadership.
Recruit and mobilize volunteers and ministry partners.
Equip students to share the gospel through the 5 Gospel Challenges.
Lead outreach and evangelism efforts across DFW schools and communities.
Cast vision and identify opportunities to expand Decision Point's ministry impact.
Invest in and develop ministry leaders and teams.
Represent Decision Point throughout the DFW Christian community.

Qualifications
Ministry leadership experience in a church or para-church setting.
Experience recruiting, building, and leading teams.
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
Compensation & Support Raising

$49,000–$65,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Decision Point provides fair compensation along with training, coaching, and ongoing support for staff involved in raising ministry support.

Additional Details
Full-time, 40+ hours/week
Significant local travel throughout the DFW area
Travel throughout Texas and to other ministry hubs
Occasional travel for mission trips, training, conferences, and ministry events
