The Opportunity

The DFW Campus Ministry Field Staff will lead Decision Point's ministry throughout the DFW area. This role combines evangelism, church partnership development, student coaching, volunteer engagement, and ministry growth.

You will build relationships with students, youth pastors, church leaders, and community partners while equipping young leaders to share the gospel through the 5 Gospel Challenges.

Your Impact
Build Church Partnerships: Develop relationships with churches, youth pastors, parents, educators, and community leaders.
Mobilize Students: Coach and disciple student leaders to share the gospel and reach their schools.
Recruit Volunteers: Build and equip volunteer coaches and ministry partners.
Lead Ministry Growth: Cast vision, identify opportunities, and expand Decision Point's impact across DFW.
Develop Leaders: Encourage, coach, and equip students, volunteers, and ministry leaders.

Qualifications
Ministry leadership experience in a church or parachurch setting preferred.
Experience recruiting, building, and leading teams.
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.


Compensation & Support Raising

Salary: $49,000–$65,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Decision Point provides a dependable salary along with training, coaching, and ongoing support for staff fundraising. Staff are expected to invite churches, friends, family, and ministry partners to invest in the mission.

Additional Details
Full-time, 40+ hours per week.
Significant local travel throughout DFW.
Travel throughout Texas and to other ministry hubs.
Occasional travel for ministry events, training, conferences, and mission trips.
