Decision Point is an evangelical nonprofit ministry dedicated to reaching the next generation with the gospel. Through partnerships with churches, student leaders, and communities, we equip students to share their faith and reach their schools for Christ.

Our vision is to give every student at every school the opportunity to hear the gospel before graduation.

The Opportunity

We are seeking passionate ministry leaders to lead and grow Decision Point's campus ministry throughout the Chicago area. This role focuses on evangelism, church partnerships, student discipleship, volunteer engagement, and ministry development.

You will build relationships with students, youth pastors, church leaders, and community partners while equipping young leaders to share the gospel on their campuses.


Key Responsibilities
Build relationships with churches, youth pastors, parents, and community leaders.
Recruit and mobilize volunteers to support student evangelism and discipleship.
Coach and disciple student leaders as they grow in faith and share the gospel.
Train students to reach their schools and communities through the 5 Gospel Challenges.
Develop strategies to expand ministry impact throughout Chicago and surrounding areas.
Mentor ministry leaders, volunteers, and students while fostering gospel-centered leadership.


Qualifications
Ministry leadership experience in a church or parachurch organization.
Experience recruiting, building, and leading teams.
Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
Passion for evangelism, discipleship, and reaching the next generation.
A committed follower of Christ who leads with spiritual maturity and integrity.
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.


Compensation and Support Raising

Salary: $49,000–$65,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

All staff participate in fundraising to support the ministry's mission. Decision Point provides training, coaching, and ongoing support to help staff raise financial support from churches, family, friends, and ministry partners.

Position Details
Full-time position (40+ hours per week).
Significant local travel throughout the Chicago area.
Regional and occasional national travel for ministry events, training, and conferences.
