About Decision Point
Decision Point is an evangelical nonprofit committed to reaching the next generation by equipping students to share the gospel on their campuses and online. We partner with churches, student leaders, and communities to help students become courageous witnesses for Christ.
The Opportunity
Chicago Area Campus Ministry Staff will lead Decision Point's ministry efforts throughout the Chicago area through evangelism, church partnerships, student coaching, volunteer engagement, and ministry growth.
Key responsibilities include:
Build relationships with churches, youth pastors, students, parents, and community leaders.
Coach and disciple student leaders in sharing the gospel.
Recruit and mobilize volunteers, churches, and ministry partners.
Equip students to reach their schools through the 5 Gospel Challenges.
Cast vision and lead efforts to reach students across the Chicago area.
Develop ministry leaders and foster gospel-centered leadership.
Identify opportunities to expand Decision Point's ministry impact.

Strong leader, recruiter, and team builder.
Able to inspire and mobilize others around a shared vision.
Relational, encouraging, and an effective communicator.
Committed to God's Word, prayer, and Christlike leadership.
Entrepreneurial and self-motivated.
Qualifications
Ministry leadership experience in a church or parachurch setting preferred.
Experience recruiting, building, and leading teams.
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
Compensation & Support Raising
$49,000–$65,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
Full-time, 40+ hours per week.
Staff receive fundraising training, coaching, and ongoing support.
Additional Details
Significant local travel throughout the Chicago area.
Regular Midwest travel and occasional national travel for ministry events, training, and conferences.
