Finance & Administration Pastor

Key Responsibilities

Lead financial management, budgeting, procurement, and policy compliance.
Oversee IT systems, network infrastructure, and ministry software solutions.
Manage church facilities and property operations.
Supervise human resources and staff support functions.
Partner with the Lead Pastor and/or Executive Pastor to develop operational vision and strategy.
Lead, develop, and support the Operations team.
Recruit, train, and oversee volunteer teams.
Manage the Operations budget with faithful stewardship.
Track key performance indicators and implement continuous improvements.


Qualifications

Proven experience leading and developing teams.
Strategic and creative thinker.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Strong project management skills.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
