Youth were created for significance and service. Is that a revolutionary idea? It is compared to the world of youth ministry today. Instead of adults planning, polishing, and presenting a program for young people, All for One says the ministry is theirs. Students lead. Adults support.
This movement understands that if youth don't lead the church, they leave the church. God didn't create young people to sit the bench or watch from the sidelines. It's time to get students into the game. They have ideas, dreams, passions, and gifts, but as long as well-intentioned adults stand center stage, young people wait in the wings.
