Bio: My name is Josh Lawson, I am a student leader at Boone Cornerstone Alliance Church. My father is the Lead Pastor here. I enjoy working with students, and plan games for my youth group for junior and senior high, and have given messages. After considering a career as a youth pastor, I feel that God is calling me to finish going to DMACC and then transfer to a 4 year program for athletic training, and then transfer again for a phd in physical therapy with an emphasis on athletics. I enjoy being involved church activities and also playing sports. I have a girl friend that will be a junior in high school that I met through youth group, and I can't wait to see what God has in store for my life. At the current moment I am enjoying the book Purpose Driven Youth Ministry, and would reccomend it for any worker whether you are a pastor, leader, or student leader, regardless of your denomination.
