I see a large youth group that impacts it's surrounding communities...ever growing and changing. I see a multicultural group and multiracial group. I see a youth group and church that are effective in touching real people with real problems. I see a group that doesn't "dress for church," rather they "dress for ministry!" I see youth impacting and infiltrating there school's and there homes. Oh yes, I see a group who are growing close to each other and including others in there "circle!" I see a friendly group. I see an understanding and forgiving group.
My heart and vision could be your youth group and church!
My experience is assisting in ministry 5 years @ UNC Charlotte, and 2+ years youth ministry in 2 churches. Also, I studied at Hillsong Bible College in Sydney Australia.
