I've found it more helpful to create youth rooms that speak not only to the energy of young people but also to the souls of young people. Often this means creating a space that invites spiritual reflection and prayer, one that draws young people into a different sense of space and time - so that prayer seems a natural activity, rather than an abrupt shift from the speed and pace of the culture."This, by the way, is an excellent book with many thoughtful ideas for engaging teens meaningful in the spiritual practice of prayer.
