Youth Pastor - Senior High (Richland, WA)

Bethel is a growing, externally-focused church located in Eastern Washington state, seeking an experienced, full-time Director of High School Ministries to lead our current HS youth ministry (grades 9-12). Primary functions include providing vision and creating a comprehensive, coherent discipleship program ministering to students. Experience with a large youth ministry (100+ students) and group leadership is required. The ideal candidate must be able to understand and relate to teen culture and family dynamics, recruit and motivate volunteers, build and promote teamwork, identify and solve problems and be a servant-leader.
