The Arlington Heights Evangelical Free Church, located in the northwest suburbs of Chicago is seeking candidates for the position of High School Pastor. The successful candidate will have no less than five years of youth ministry experience and a demonstrated track record of effective work with youth. In addition, the person will have an appropriate educational background, likely a seminary master's degree.
The position reports to the executive pastor and often has oversight of one or more ministry interns. The individual filling this position will have direct, up front, week to week ministry responsibilities with high school students.
Inquiries will be reviewed beginning immediately with a tentative closing date of July 1, 2008. The position is available August 1, 2008, with a desired new hire start date no later than October 1, 2008.
