•To be a spiritual advisor to the youth, (and to their families),
helping them in all aspects of their spiritual journey.
• To encourage relevant spiritual communication between youth, family, congregation and community.
• To be a leader and a team player with other members of the church staff and congregation
• To attend carefully to his/hers own personal growth in all areas of life: Spiritual, Mental, Family, and physical.
