Job Description
We are looking for a God focused, dyanamic, hard working, organzied man to lead our youth ministries. We are a growing church of around 265. Our leadership team is filled with fun filled, young and energetic people. This is a great place to serve God.

Reporting Relationship
The person in this position is responsible to the Senior Pastor.

General Duties
•Provide vision, direction, and leadership for the Youth Ministry.
•Develop a Youth Ministry that helps the church achieve its stated purpose of worship, ministry, evangelism, fellowship, and discipleship.
•Encourage young people to become committed followers of Christ through membership, maturity, ministry, and missions.
•All other duties as assigned.

Specific Duties
•Plan, coordinate, and supervise activities involving grades 7-12.
•Recruit and train volunteers to work in the Youth Ministry.
•Attend weekly staff meeting for prayer, encouragement, and planning.
•Leads Sunday morning Bible study for youth.
•Oversees and organizes Midweek youth worship.
•Responsible for publicity for the Youth Ministry which includes a section in the monthly church newsletter.
•Reports to congregation at business meetings.
•Promotes and plans participation in Associational and State Youth outings.

•Directs fundraisers as needed for Youth Ministry.

This is a full time position. A fully remodeled house (sitting on a 1 acre lot) is available including utilities plus a salary (depending on experience).
