30-35 k plus insurance and paid vacations. Must be able to play instrument, lead youth band, know sound systems, most importantly you must have a positive, prophetic, relevant word that allows kids to experience Christ, his passion ,his power and his presence in a life changing way. familiarity with the gifts of the spirit and unscripted worship are a must. Prefer married couple baptized in the holy Spirit outreach is a big part of this ministry
should believe 1Tim4;12 and have fulltime experience
