Youth Pastor/Director/Minister/Coordinator (Archbold, OH)

Archbold United Methodist Church in Archbold, Ohio is seeking a full-time Director of Youth Ministries. We are a mid-size, growing church located in rural Northwest Ohio. The successful candidate must have a passion for working with youth, and a strong commitment to Christ. We are looking for a dynamic, creative, self-starter, with strong communication and organizational skills, and a team spirit. This person will be central to achieving the church’s goal to strengthen and grow our existing youth ministries(5th through High School age), create new outreach opportunities for youth in our community, recruit and train youth leaders, and help lead mission experiences for youth. This individual will also assist the Sr. Pastor with confirmation classes, and will have minor pastoral duties and responsibilities in worship. An undergraduate degree is required. A Youth Ministry Certification and experience is preferred. Salary and benefits will be commensurate with experience.
