Zion is a non-denominational evangelical church, not associated with the Christian church denomination. Located on the Space Coast of Florida, Palm Bay is one of the fastest growing communities in Florida and in the country. Committed to outreach, Zion’s goal is to be a culturally diverse church that is an agent of change in the community. Zion is charismatic in theology, seeker friendly in methodology and a modified purpose-driven structure.

We are looking for a Family Ministries Pastor who is a team builder, while being a team player. This person must be creative and passionate about reaching unchurched children and teens. To accomplish our vision, the Pastor of Family Ministries must share Zion’s commitment to outreach and discipleship. An understanding of music and technology (sound, video, and lights) is a plus.

As a leader, the Pastor of Family Ministries will be culturally relevant and able to carry the vision of the Senior Pastor forward. He will be progressive in style, while possessing a respect for tradition. He must be evangelical in belief and possess a healthy and growing relationship with Jesus Christ. He must agree with Zion’s statement of faith.
