As you get older, if you WERE to transition out of student ministry: A. Become a senior pastor who loves on youth workers? B. Stay in a staff position, but just in a different area (i.e. family ministry, etc)? Why?
- A. I would love to be a senior pastor at some point. (Levi Paradee)

- in the church we grow from one stage to another and i want to grow profusely (nicola craib)
- A: I have a heart and passion for youth and what they suffer as I am still one and I know what they suffer as I have been down that path and gotten off of it thanks to God. A falling youth is one of the worst sites to see. (Gary Starnes, Jr.)
