When or if not; why not? do you honor your volunteers and how?

• I'm hoping to do a retreat for all of the youth leaders in the spring. (Shawn Branch)
   
• Honor them beginning of year - gift and during services (Gerrard Fess)
   
• For things like Sunday School & VBS our church has a time in the church service to dedicate the volunteers before or as they're starting their service...and then when it's all over. But other committees and things don't get the same honoring. (Jenn Harmer)
