Youth Ministry Games : Crunch Zone

Materials: 2x air matresses, tables, pillows, innertubes and whatever else you want to add.
Messy Rating: No Sweat Duration: 5-20 minutes Cost: $10.00

Set up a course with the tables and pillows and stuff.Have the two mats opposite each other on the course. Have your group in teams and get them to line up. Put two or three innertubes on them and say go. They run through the course, over and under objects. They reach the mattresses and the people holding them crunch them in the middle.

WARNING: Don't use innerspring matresses. That Hurts!!!!!!!!!
